I am a web designer based in Swansea.
I was born in Bari, southern Italy, along the Adriatic side of the Italian peninsula.
My interest in web design started in 2003, few years after I have discovered WordPress and never looked back.
In 2005, I have created CiaoWeb, you're maybe wondering why this name for my company? Because the word “ciao” (to pronounce "ch ow") is universally known as an Italian way to say “hello” and the word "web" is just about the Internet so merging the two words I meant to give a clue that this company is in some way connected with Italy and the world wide web.
I am self-taught because when I started I didn't see around any traditional college providing all I wanted to learn, I have joined paid membership websites about web design and that was a good choice but most of my knowledge come from my daily activity as WordPress Designer. I am the typical “learn by doing person”.
My skills set include HTML, CSS where I am strong, some PHP and jQuery at basic level. My knowledge of WordPress CMS plus many popular plugins like Gravity Forms and Toolset Plugins is at advanced level.
For clients work my preferred WordPress site builder is Oxygen , I also use Genesis the theme framework from StudioPress.
In 2013, I was searching Google for plugins that can help on speed up website development, I was lucky enough to discover the Toolset Plugins, these powerful set of plugins allow me to build or extend literally any kind of website powered by WordPress.
I can build WordPress responsive sites, that means that they are accessible at any screen size, user-friendly and loved by the search engines.
I can work with any WordPress theme and know very well the Genesis Framework so if you have a website powered by this leading WordPress framework and need help on customize it call me.
I can provide WordPress training face to face or remotely by screen sharing software.
